When I started Ever & Alder, I knew it was more than just a T-shirt brand. It was a reflection of my journey—a space to express creativity, embrace personal growth, and build something that truly resonates with who I am. The name itself carries meaning: Ever, representing constant evolution, and Alder, a tree known for its resilience and deep roots. It felt like the perfect metaphor for the journey I was on, both in business and in life.

But as much as I love designing for Ever & Alder, I also knew that my passions extended beyond apparel. Motherhood, self-care, mental health, DIY projects, and yoga—these are all pieces of my life that shape me, inspire me, and deserve a space to be shared. That’s why I chose to expand beyond selling products and start writing about the things that truly matter to me.

Why I Chose to Blog Alongside Building a Brand

Ever & Alder isn’t just about clothing; it’s about a lifestyle—a way of embracing every season of life with intention. Through my blogs, I want to create a space where I can connect with others on a deeper level, whether it’s through sharing the messy, beautiful realities of motherhood or offering simple self-care tips for overwhelmed days.

Writing has always been a way for me to process and reflect, and blogging felt like a natural extension of the brand. I didn’t want Ever & Alder to be just another shop; I wanted it to be a community, a place where people can come for inspiration, encouragement, and real conversations about life.
